Zemesgrāmatu nodaļā vairs nav nepieciešams iesniegt izziņu par nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa nomaksu
No 2010.gada 1.jūlija stājušies spēkā grozījumi likumā Par nekustamā īpašuma nodokli, kas paredz, ka zemesgrāmatu nodaļas kompetencē ir tiešsaistes datu pārraides režīmā pārliecināties par nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa nomaksu.
